Title: Calibration Of Semiconductor Optical Amplifier Simulator For Switching Action Prediction

Abstract: The calibration of a semiconductor optical amplifier simulator based on ASE-power measurements is presented, within the optical response simulation for a prepulsed-step current injection technique. Good agreement was obtained between experimental and theoretical curves, suggesting that the calibration work properly.
