|Title:||Electrodeposition Of Cdse Films On Sno2:f Coated Glass|
|Abstract:||Thin films of CdSe were electrodeposited on transparent and conducting SnO2:F substrates, and for comparison, on indiumtinoxide (ITO) substrates, using an aqueous electrolyte at room temperature. The optical properties of the samples were analysed by means of transmittance, reflectance and absorbance measurements. The homogeneity of the CdSe film was found to be strictly related to the sheet resistivity of the substrate. The effect of heat treatments on the optical and structural properties of the samples is discussed. Preliminary results of backwall photoelectrochemical cells using a transparent substrate /CdSe/S-S2/Pt configuration are also given. © 1988.|
